The Helix Compose iX CiX E50FM-S4 is a 50 mm (2 inch) surface exciter, made in Germany. Instead of a cone it vibrates the panel it is fixed to, so the panel becomes the speaker. It is a 4 ohm design rated for -40 to +105 degrees C and up to 93 percent humidity.
Who it suits
Installs where a conventional speaker cannot be fitted or would spoil the look, such as headliners, trim panels or furniture in a camper. It gives sound with no visible grille. For conventional dash speakers, the Ci5 M50FM-S3 is the 2 inch cone alternative.
