Inspired by the demand for modern smartphone connectivity in vehicles, Pioneer’s On-Dash SPH-OD880 delivers an easy, reliable upgrade, for drivers whose vehicles are difficult to upgrade with conventional In-Dash stereos.
The SPH-OD880 combines Officially Certified Wireless and Wired Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™2 a wide 8.8” capacitive touchscreen, WebLink® Cast smartphone mirroring, Bluetooth®, and rear camera support.
The easy to install 'Plug and Play' system makes the Pioneer SPH-OD880 the perfect On-Dash solution to modernise your vehicle, without replacing anything.

Easy to Install
The SPH-OD880 is easy to install thanks to its plug and play design, and there is no need to replace your factory stereo or modify your dashboard. Simply mount the unit on top of the dashboard (On-Dash), connect it to your vehicle's 12 V cigar charger power outlet, and you're ready to enjoy modern smartphone connectivity. All the required installation components are included in the box.
As you would expect from Pioneer, the SPH-OD880 is also engineered for real in-car environments. Using automotive grade components and durable construction, it is designed to withstand everyday driving, road vibration and changing dashboard temperatures, delivering reliable performance wherever the road takes you.

Q: Will this stereo fit my car?
A: Most vehicles need a fascia panel, wiring harness and sometimes a steering wheel control interface to fit a new stereo. Contact CEN with your make, model and year and we will confirm the exact installation kit needed, or browse our Connects 2 installation kits.
Q: Will I keep my steering wheel controls?
A: Yes, in almost all cases. A steering wheel control interface retains your existing buttons with the new stereo. Parts are sold separately.
Q: Does this stereo support Apple CarPlay or Android Auto?
A: Check the Specification tab, which lists smartphone connectivity for each model including whether CarPlay and Android Auto are wired or wireless on that unit.
Q: What is the difference between single DIN and double DIN?
A: DIN refers to the chassis size. Single DIN units are the traditional slim format, while double DIN units are twice the height and typically carry a touchscreen. Your vehicle's dash aperture and fascia kit determine which fits.
Q: Can CEN supply and fit the stereo?
A: Yes. CEN offers professional supply and installation from our Nottingham premises, including fascia, wiring and steering control integration. Contact us for a fitted price.
Q: Does the SPH-DA97DAB-UNI have wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto?
A: Yes. Both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto work wirelessly or wired on the SPH-DA97DAB-UNI.
Q: Will the SPH-DA97DAB-UNI fit a single DIN slot?
A: Yes. It uses a 1-DIN floating installation, and a single DIN mounting kit is included. The screen panel can also be installed separately from the main unit.
Q: What's in the box with the SPH-DA97DAB-UNI?
A: The head unit, an external Bluetooth microphone, GPS antenna, USB extension cable and single DIN mounting kit. A DAB antenna is optional and not included.
