About the Pioneer SPH-EVO98DAB-1D-C
From our tech experts at CEN
The Pioneer SPH-EVO98DAB-1D-C is a 9 inch floating-screen stereo kit. It pairs the modular SPH-EVO98DAB with a single-DIN installation kit, so a large screen can go into a campervan or motorhome with a standard 1-DIN slot. The 9.0 inch capacitive touchscreen runs wireless or wired Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, with DAB+ radio, Bluetooth hands-free and a 13-band EQ. A Sygic camper navigation voucher is also included.
Who it suits
Campervan and motorhome owners with a single-DIN dash who want a big screen and camper-aware navigation. The SPH-EVO98DAB-1D is the standard version without the Sygic voucher.
Our tech experts advise
The wiring loom, USB extension and external microphone are included, but the DAB antenna (CA-AN-DAB.001) is sold separately and makes a big difference to reception. Two camera inputs allow a reversing camera to be added. Steering wheel controls may need an interface. Installation is priced per vehicle, so get in touch with your model and year.
