Dual 4K dash cam with HDR
The ELITE 10 records at 3840×2160 pixels on both channels using top-of-the-line Sony IMX678 STARVIS 2 image sensors. HDR on the front camera delivers clear, well-balanced footage in both bright sunlight and low-light conditions, reduces motion blur and makes number plates on moving vehicles easier to read.
Both cameras use an 8-element f/1.7 aperture lens covering a 146° wide field of view with minimal distortion.
Daily protection with pre-event recording
Motion Detection: records a 1-minute buffered video whenever motion is detected by the front or rear camera. Detection areas can be set manually in the app.
Time Lapse: records at 1 frame per second, so each 1-minute clip covers 30 minutes of real time. Recommended for drivers who regularly park in busy areas.
Comprehensive event detection
The built-in G-sensor and GPS detect and record driving impacts, parking impacts, sudden acceleration, hard braking, sharp turns and overspeeding.

About the BlackVue BVE102CH64GB
From our tech experts at CEN
The BlackVue Elite 10-2CH is a dual-channel 4K dash cam recording 3840×2160 at 30fps on both front and rear cameras using Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 sensors. The front camera includes HDR for balanced exposure in bright sunlight and low light. This 64GB kit supports microSD cards up to 1TB.
Who it suits
It suits drivers wanting full 4K coverage front and rear, with parking protection via motion detection and time-lapse modes. Those needing front coverage only may prefer the Elite 10-1CH 64GB, while drivers content with 2K rear can consider the Elite 9-2CH 64GB.
Our tech experts advise
The rear camera connects via coaxial cable; plan for headlining removal when routing it to the rear. The included hardwiring cable provides permanent power, with a configurable voltage cut-off between 11.8V and 12.5V to protect your battery. Professional 2-channel fitting at our Beeston workshop starts from £100.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: What SD card do I need for this dash cam?
A: Use a high-endurance microSD card designed for continuous recording. Standard cards wear out quickly in dash cams. CEN stocks suitable high-endurance cards, and the maximum supported capacity is listed in the Specification tab.
Q: Does this dash cam record while the car is parked?
A: Parking mode is listed in the Specification tab. Where supported, it requires constant power from either a hardwire kit or a dedicated dash cam battery pack, both of which CEN stocks.
Q: Do I need to hardwire the dash cam?
A: Not necessarily. All dash cams work from the 12V socket for drive recording. Hardwiring hides the cabling and enables parking mode, and CEN offers professional hardwire installation from our Nottingham premises.
Q: Will the footage be accepted by my insurer or the police?
A: Dash cam footage is widely used in insurance claims and can be submitted to most UK police forces through their online portals. Recording quality matters, so check the resolution in the Specification tab.
Q: Front only or front and rear - which should I choose?
A: A front camera covers the most common claim scenarios. A two-channel system adds rear coverage for rear-end collisions and tailgating evidence, which is where many disputed claims arise. Three-channel systems add an interior view, suited to taxi and fleet use.
Q: Does the BlackVue ELITE 10-2CH record 4K on both cameras?
A: Yes. Both the front and rear cameras record 4K UHD (3840x2160) at 30fps using Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 sensors, with HDR on the front camera.
Q: Is a memory card included with the BlackVue ELITE 10-2CH 64GB?
A: Yes. This kit includes a microSD card, 64GB as listed in the product title, and the camera supports microSD cards up to 1TB.
Q: Does the BlackVue ELITE 10-2CH have GPS and Wi-Fi?
A: Yes. It has built-in GPS (GPS and GLONASS) and built-in 2.4/5GHz Wi-Fi, and works with the BlackVue app. Cloud features need a Wi-Fi hotspot or the optional LTE module.
