The Alpine SWC-D84T6 is an 8" (20cm) dual voice coil subwoofer pre-installed in a sealed wooden enclosure, designed to fit under the passenger seat of the Volkswagen T6 and T6.1. It is part of Alpine's Adventure Audio range for VW campervans and utility vehicles.
A separate amplifier compatible with a dual 2 ohm voice coil subwoofer is required. The Alpine SPC-W84AT6-2 is a purpose-built 6-channel DSP amplifier and subwoofer solution for the same vehicles and is worth considering as a complete system upgrade.

The SWC-D84T6 is a 180W peak subwoofer pre-installed in a custom-fit sealed wooden enclosure for fitting under the passenger seat of the VW T6.1 or T6. It is compatible with the rotary seat of the California camping bus. A separate amplifier is required to power this subwoofer.
Powerful Bass Upgrade
The dual voice coil subwoofer sits in a sealed wooden enclosure designed to install neatly under the passenger seat. It is compatible with the rotary seats of the California version and with the 2-person front bench of the Caravelle — in the Caravelle with a 2-person bench, the installation position is under the driver's seat.
Includes Custom Installation Brackets
All required installation brackets are included for fitting the SWC-D84T6 under the passenger seat of the VW T6.1 or T6. A separate amplifier suitable for a dual 2 ohm voice coil subwoofer with 180W peak power handling is required.
