The IK S8-DVC2's 79.5 mm installation depth makes it ideal for compact, flat enclosure builds without acoustic compromise. Large voice coils and a low resonant frequency deliver strong, deep bass performance despite the shallow profile.
Smart down to the very last detail
The stiff sandwich paper cone and heavy-duty drive system convert amplifier power into high sound pressure without compression, while remaining precise on subtle beats. The magnet system features a threaded hole on the rear, allowing the woofer to be bolted directly to the back panel of the enclosure — reducing vibrations even through thin walls.
Flexible connection
Available in 1 x 2 ohm (SVC2) and 2 x 2 ohm (DVC2) variants, the IK S series suits a wide range of amplifier configurations. For the best results, a Helix DSP can be used to dial in the optimal tuning for your enclosure.

Included in the box: a gold-plated screw terminal connection block, protective grille and gasket. Helix's technical data sheet provides sealed and vented enclosure recommendations covering net volume, port tuning frequency and DSP settings.
