The Helix DSP.3S is an 8-channel digital signal processor with 64-bit audio DSP and High-Res ready capability, from Helix's DSP range. It features 8 RCA line outputs at 6 Volts to feed external amplifiers, alongside high-level inputs with ADEP.3 for factory head unit integration.

The 64-bit audio DSP with separated AD and DA signal converters delivers outstanding sound quality. The DSP.3S also includes unique Helix sound features: "Augmented Bass Processing", "StageXpander" and "RealCenter", which give you additional tools to fine-tune your audio system alongside the 6 V RCA outputs.

ACO: Advanced 32 Bit platform

The DSP.3S is equipped with the 32 Bit ACO (Advanced CoProcessor) platform, which handles all monitoring tasks and delivers faster data communication with the DSP PC-Tool software. It also enables setup switching in just 300 msec.

The ACO provides 10 internal memory locations for sound setups, a channel-separated Input EQ, and the Input Signal Analyzer (ISA) for easy analysis and compensation of input signals — making it straightforward to de-equalise factory sound tuning and integrate multiple signal sources.

Extensive basic feature set

The high-level input with ADEP.3 circuit (Advanced Diagnostics Error Protection, 3rd Generation), Auto Remote switch, optical input and HELIX Extension Card slot (HEC slot) are all included as standard. The HEC slot supports system add-ons such as Bluetooth® Audio Streaming and High Resolution Audio Streaming via USB.
