EDXPRO65T-E3 compression driver
This high-frequency driver differs from a traditional tweeter. A high-power motor drives the large titanium diaphragm and voice coils with precision, paired with a 6.5 inch flared horn that allows the driver to play significantly lower than a conventional tweeter — down to 1.2kHz — so more of the directional sound originates from a single point.
The flared horn also delivers more progressive dispersion, increasing clarity, efficiency and output. The result is concert-level volume and detail suited to serious pro audio car builds.
Pairs with Edge Xtreme pro midrange drivers such as the EDXPRO6-E3 6.5 inch and EDXPRO8-E3 8 inch.

Pro audio and SPL builds with room for a large horn, where projection matters more than compact size. The wide horn controls dispersion and carries treble further. If space is tight, the EDXPRO35TN-E4 is the more compact Xtreme driver.
