The JL Audio ACP112LG-TW1 is a complete amplified subwoofer system from the MicroSub+ range, combining a single 12-inch 12TW1-0.25 driver in a slot-ported, low-profile MDF enclosure with a built-in 400W RMS DCD Class D amplifier at 0.25 ohm.

Other MicroSub+ sizes: ACP108LG-W3v3 and ACP110LG-TW1. The optional JL Audio RBC-1 remote bass level control lets you adjust subwoofer level from the driver's seat (sold separately).

ACP112LG-TW1: Single 12TW1 MicroSub+ with DCD Amplifier, Ported, 0.25 Ω

The MicroSub+ system has the amplifier built directly into the enclosure. It uses JL Audio's DCD amplifier technology, which combines direct power conversion with an ultra-high current output section — eliminating a conventional switching power supply and delivering 400W with high efficiency.

The slot-ported enclosure is precisely tuned to the 12TW1 driver. Extensive internal bracing allows thinner wall material, maximising internal volume relative to external size. The port wraps around two walls to achieve a low tuning frequency for good bass extension and smooth response. Flared port entry and exit reduce air-flow noise.

Integration with OEM and aftermarket head units is straightforward, with RCA and high-level inputs and automatic turn-on via signal sensing or DC offset sensing. A variable low-pass filter (50–200 Hz) and output polarity switch are included. A quick-disconnect power connector makes removal easy when you need the boot space back.

Note: DCD amplified systems require specific matched components. Never use a DCD amplifier or its companion driver with non-DCD products — doing so will void the warranty and may cause severe damage.

Finish: Black high-grade automotive carpet with silver "JL AUDIO" embroidery on the front baffle. A steel mesh grille is included.
