The Alpine UTE-204DAB is a single-DIN DAB+ digital radio head unit with built-in Bluetooth hands-free and streaming, front USB with FLAC playback, AUX input, 3 pre-outs and a 4 × 50W amplifier. It is part of Alpine's UTE digital media receiver range.

The UTE-204DAB is an affordable single-DIN DAB+ head unit that brings Alpine sound quality and broad connectivity to your car. Connect an iPhone, iPod or Android device via USB, stream Spotify or internet radio over Bluetooth, or play audio from a USB stick — all through a single compact unit.

The included microphone enables clear hands-free phone calls via Bluetooth. Button and display illumination can be adjusted independently across the full RGB spectrum to match your dashboard.

Wireless remote controls are available as an accessory.

Built-in DAB+ Digital Radio

The built-in DAB+ tuner delivers noise-free digital radio reception. Compared to FM, DAB+ offers a wider choice of stations, selectable from an alphabetical or genre list after the initial scan.

Make Calls

The built-in Bluetooth module supports safe, legal hands-free calling while you drive. A separate microphone is included in the box.

Made for iPhone

Connect an iPhone or iPod via USB cable (not included) to play stored audio or Apple Music (subscription and internet connection required). Browse songs, albums and playlists on the device or via the head unit's controls. Compatible with iPhone and iPod models including iPhone X and iPhone 8.

Connect Your Android Phone

Android phones and tablets connect via USB (cable not included) using Android Open Accessory 2.0. Browse and play audio from the device or using the head unit's rotary encoder.

Stream Internet Radio

Launch any internet radio app on your smartphone and stream audio to the UTE-204DAB via Bluetooth or the AUX input (AUX cable sold separately).

Enjoy Spotify Streaming

Start a Spotify playlist, genre list or album on your phone before driving and stream it wirelessly via Bluetooth to the UTE-204DAB.

Connect USB Sticks

The front USB port supports USB sticks and hard drives with up to 1000mA power requirements. Playback formats supported: MP3, AAC, WMA and FLAC.

Playback FLAC Files

The UTE-204DAB supports FLAC playback from USB media, delivering higher audio quality than standard MP3 files.

Tune Your Sound

Shape your sound using Bass Engine SQ and the built-in EQ (10 presets or 3-band Parametric EQ). Connect external amplifiers via the 3 pre-outs (2V), or use the built-in 4 × 50W amplifier for direct speaker connection.
