The Pioneer CD-SVW-UAR.007AE is a plug-and-play CAN bus interface that connects Pioneer SPH-EVO64, SPH-EVO93, SPH-EVO950DAB, SPH-EVO107DAB, SPH-DA77DAB and SPH-DA97DAB head units to the factory steering wheel controls on compatible Seat, Skoda and Volkswagen vehicles from 2005 to 2021 (full list in the Specification tab).
