The Kicker 53VXA7001 (VXA700.1) is a compact Class D mono subwoofer amplifier delivering 700W RMS at 1 ohm, with an included VXARC remote bass control. It is part of Kicker's VX amplifier range.

The VXA700.1 is a compact mono amplifier built to deliver clean, controlled power to your subwoofer system. It puts out up to 700W RMS at 1 ohm using a high-efficiency Class D design, keeping current draw low and operating temperatures down.
The one-ohm stable architecture gives you maximum power output and a wider range of wiring configurations, whether you're running a single subwoofer or a multi-woofer setup.
Tuning options include a variable low-pass crossover, a 24dB/octave subsonic filter and KickEQ™ bass boost of up to 6dB at 40Hz. The included VXARC remote bass controller lets you adjust output levels from the driver's seat.
KICKER FIT™ (Fail-safe Integration Technology) ensures compatibility with factory and aftermarket source units. Automatic turn-on circuitry and start/stop vehicle compatibility make for a straightforward install in modern vehicles.

Q: How do I choose the right amplifier for my speakers or subwoofer?
A: Match the amplifier's RMS output per channel to the RMS handling of your speakers or subwoofer at the same impedance. The Specification tab lists the power figures. If in doubt, contact CEN with your setup and we will recommend a match.
Q: What wiring do I need to install this amplifier?
A: You will need an amplifier wiring kit sized to the amplifier's power draw, typically including power and earth cable, a fuse, RCA leads and a remote wire. CEN stocks complete wiring kits, and the amplifier's fuse rating is the guide to the cable gauge required.
Q: What class of amplifier is this and does it matter?
A: Class D amplifiers are compact and efficient, ideal for subwoofers and modern installs. Class AB designs are traditionally favoured for outright sound quality on mid and high frequencies. The class is listed in the Specification tab where provided.
