DIRECTOR display remote control, Control Input version

The DIRECTOR gives front-of-car control over your DSP system. The 2.8-inch (7cm) full-colour touchscreen and intuitive menu navigation handle:

• Source selection
• Volume control of all sources
• Volume control of the subwoofer
• Control and configuration of the HEC BT module
• Switching between sound setups

It stores 20 additional sound setups and includes a USB connector for direct access to your DSP device via the DIRECTOR — useful when your processor or amplifier is hidden in the boot. The touchscreen is housed in a solid aluminium body.

The DIRECTOR is compatible with all DSP products supported by DSP PC-Tool version 3 and higher. The full compatibility list is shown in the Specification tab.

Volume menus

Adjust master, subwoofer, HEC / MEC / AUX and digital volume from the driver's seat. Master, HEC / MEC / AUX and digital volume range from -60dB to 0dB; subwoofer ranges from -40dB to 0dB. All adjustments are made in 0.5dB increments.

Input Select menu

Switch between input sources via the Input Select menu. Depending on the connected device, Main, HEC / MEC / AUX and Digital Optical are available. The volume of the selected source can also be set here.

Bluetooth Control menu

Once a Bluetooth device is paired with the HEC / MEC module, it can be controlled through the DIRECTOR. Play/pause, track skip and Bluetooth input volume are all adjustable using the front rotary dial.

Tone Control menu

The Tone Control function lets you set bass and treble levels and their transfer frequencies using the DIRECTOR's rotary knob.

Customisable soft key buttons

Four individually configurable soft key buttons provide fast access to frequently used functions. Hold a button for a few seconds to assign it a function. Available functions vary depending on the connected products and their extensions, such as BRAX, HELIX or MATCH Extension Card.
