Which AudioControl Altitude Marine should I choose?
For speakers, the A65 and A69 coaxial models are direct replacements for 6.5" and 6x9" factory locations. The A65CS2 and A69CS2 component sets separate the tweeter from the woofer for more flexible placement and include passive crossovers, making them the better choice for a dedicated front-stage upgrade. The A275C and A35C are midrange-only drivers intended to add a midrange position to an existing 2-way or 3-way system.
For amplifiers, the A600.4 handles four speaker channels, while the A1100.5 combines four speaker channels with a subwoofer channel in a single unit. If dedicated subwoofer power is the priority, the A800.1 delivers up to 800 W RMS at 1.33 ohms, and the A1500.1 steps up to 1,500 W RMS at 1 ohm.
