A329S 1CH DASHCAM

4K 60FPS Front Dash Cam with Wi-Fi 6 and SSD Support

A329S deploys Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 1/1.8'' 8MP image sensor that packs in more pixels for greater clarity and detail, achieving less noise in low light and less motion blur in fast motion, capturing exceptionally clear and sharp videos.

Capturing Clear License Plates Is a Breeze

The combination of Sony STARVIS 2 technology and HDR feature balances extremely bright and dark areas, revealing details and capturing accurate license plates even in fast motion.

Higher Frame Rate, Smoother Video

Featuring cutting-edge imaging system, A329S lets you experience ultra-smooth, crisp 4K visuals with enhanced 60fps. Capturing details of fast-moving scenes becomes a breeze. Switch to 4K 30fps for HDR recording.

Faster 4K Streaming & Downloads

A329S is powered by advanced Wi-Fi 6, tripling transfer speeds on the 5GHz band for smoother previewing, downloading and sharing. A one-minute 4K clip reaches your phone in under 10 seconds.

Smart Voice Control

Keep your eyes on the road and your hands on the wheel. Simple spoken commands start a recording, take a photo, or switch Wi-Fi on and off, in multiple languages. A329S also announces setting changes and memory card errors out loud, so you always know what it is doing.

Accurate GPS Tracking

The built-in GPS module locks onto four global satellite systems — GPS, BeiDou, Galileo and GLONASS — for dependable positioning. Play a clip back in the VIOFO App or the VIOFO PC player and it carries the vehicle's location, speed and time, turning your footage into a clear record of where you were and how fast you were going.

Upgraded USB 3.0 Port

Connect A329S straight to your phone with a USB 3.0 data cable and pull photos and clips across at up to 55MB/s, measured on an iPhone 15 Pro Max. The same connection handles firmware updates, so keeping the camera on the latest features takes one cable and no card reader.

Up to 4TB SSD

External SSD storage turns days of recording into weeks, so a long trip never overwrites itself. Gear up for a driving tour and A329S is ready to go. Connect a portable SSD of up to 4TB and record every moment of your adventure, then relive those memories anytime. A329S backs up footage from the SD card to the SSD, reducing strain on the card and keeping the clips that matter on a larger drive.

    Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What SD card do I need for this dash cam?

A: Use a high-endurance microSD card designed for continuous recording. Standard cards wear out quickly in dash cams. CEN stocks suitable high-endurance cards, and the maximum supported capacity is listed in the Specification tab.

Q: Does this dash cam record while the car is parked?

A: Parking mode is listed in the Specification tab. Where supported, it requires constant power from either a hardwire kit or a dedicated dash cam battery pack, both of which CEN stocks.

Q: Do I need to hardwire the dash cam?

A: Not necessarily. All dash cams work from the 12V socket for drive recording. Hardwiring hides the cabling and enables parking mode, and CEN offers professional hardwire installation from our Nottingham premises.

Q: Will the footage be accepted by my insurer or the police?

A: Dash cam footage is widely used in insurance claims and can be submitted to most UK police forces through their online portals. Recording quality matters, so check the resolution in the Specification tab.

Q: Front only or front and rear - which should I choose?

A: A front camera covers the most common claim scenarios. A two-channel system adds rear coverage for rear-end collisions and tailgating evidence, which is where many disputed claims arise. Three-channel systems add an interior view, suited to taxi and fleet use.
