OBD-II constant power cable for dash cams
The OP100 powers dash cams and mobile devices through the vehicle's OBD-II port. Compared to a cigarette lighter socket or hardwiring, it requires no permanent wiring and leaves the cabin tidier. If you prefer a hardwired solution instead, the Viofo HK4 hardwire parking mode cable is also available for compatible models.
Easy installation
Plug the cable into the vehicle's OBD-II port and connect it to your Viofo dash cam. The dash cam then receives constant power, even with the engine off. The OBD-II port location varies by vehicle make and model — check your owner's manual if needed.
Dual output ports
The OP100 has two output ports. One is prioritised for powering the dash cam; the extra Type-C port can charge a mobile device simultaneously.
Adjustable power switch
An on/off switch gives direct control over the dash cam's power supply, saving energy and helping to protect the vehicle battery.
Parking recording time switch
A three-position timer switch (3h / 24h / ∞) sets how long the OBD power supply runs after the dash cam enters parking mode. Power cuts automatically when the selected time expires. The ∞ setting provides continuous power.
Low voltage protection
If battery voltage drops below 12V or 24V, the cable shuts down within 90 seconds to protect the vehicle battery from over-discharge.
