Hertz Advanced Class D (ADC) technology maximises efficiency and output while minimising heat and electromagnetic radiation. The amp holds Hi-Res certification and is engineered and tested specifically for marine use — covering UV exposure, salt-fog, vibration, high/low temperature and thermal shock — with IPX2 certification to back it up.
The fanless convection cooling system is integrated into the die-cast aluminium heat-sink chassis, keeping operating temperatures low even at full power. Balanced fully-differential input circuitry rejects electromagnetic noise and interference. Safe-Lock connectors are used for input, output and power, keeping wiring secure in demanding environments. The built-in preamp filter section — protected by a polycarbonate panel — offers flexible configuration options. All channels are protected against short-circuit, overload and thermal events, with auto-resetting.
