About the FlexMount system
FlexMount is Helix's proprietary mounting system using vehicle-specific adaptor rings. They convert a universal 6.5" / 165 mm Helix Compose midbass with FlexMount165 technology into a car-specific speaker, enabling straightforward, acoustically optimised installation in the vehicle's original mounting position.
Built for automotive conditions
The adaptors are manufactured in-house using FDM 3D printing. The material offers high strength and rigidity, and is resistant to weathering, UV radiation, oils and greases. It covers the full automotive temperature range from -40 °C to over +90 °C, ensuring durability and dimensional stability in demanding conditions.
