The Brax Graphic GL1 MK2 is a pair of 25mm (1 inch) ceramic aluminium hard dome tweeters rated at 100W RMS, from the Brax Graphic range. Made in Germany with CNC machined stainless steel housings.
For a three-way Brax Graphic system, combine with the Brax Graphic GL3 MK2 midrange and Brax Graphic GL6 MK2 woofers.

The Brax Graphic series was developed by Audiotec founder Heinz Fischer with the goal of bringing high-end audio performance into the car without compromise. The GL1 MK2 is made in Germany using premium components and precision manufacturing throughout.

Brilliant treble reproduction
The ceramic aluminium dome uses a complex manufacturing process in which a plasma flame melts ceramic powder onto the surface of an aluminium substrate. This produces a dome that combines high stiffness with low moving mass and high inner damping, delivering compression-free treble. The merino wool damped coupling volume lowers the resonance frequency, allowing lower crossover frequencies.
Puristic design with sophisticated features
The solid stainless steel housing provides clean aesthetics and efficient heat dissipation. The fine-thread mounting ring allows seamless integration into the car interior. The 12-times drilled neodymium magnet is optimised for linear magnetic flux, the recessed 24-carat gold plated terminal minimises contact resistance, and the rigid grille protects the diaphragm.
Each pair is unique
Every pair of GL1 MK2 tweeters carries its own individual serial number, logged in the Brax database. They are supplied in a wooden presentation box.

Q: Will these speakers fit my car?
A: Most car speakers are standard sizes, but mounting depth and fitting rings vary by vehicle. Check the size in the Specification tab against your vehicle, or contact CEN with your registration and we will confirm fitment and any adapters or fitting kits you need.
Q: Do I need an amplifier to run these speakers?
A: Not always. Most speakers will run from a standard head unit, but a dedicated amplifier lets them perform at their best, particularly for component sets and higher power handling models. The RMS figure in the Specification tab is the guide to how much clean power they can use.
Q: What is the difference between coaxial and component speakers?
A: Coaxial speakers combine the tweeter and woofer in one unit for a simple like-for-like upgrade. Component sets separate the tweeter and woofer with a crossover for better imaging and detail, and suit installs where sound quality is the priority.
Q: Do these come as a pair?
A: Unless stated otherwise, car speakers are sold in pairs. Check the product title and What's Included tab, which lists exactly what is in the box.

A: Yes. The box contains two GL1 MK2 tweeters, two mounting rings, two grilles, an Allen key and a data sheet. Each pair has its own serial number.
Q: What crossover point should I use with the GL1 MK2?
A: BRAX rates the 100W RMS power handling with a high-pass filter above 3,000 Hz at 12 dB per octave. The coupling volume lowers the resonance frequency to 900 Hz, which allows lower crossover frequencies.
Q: How much space do the GL1 MK2 tweeters need?
A: They need a 52mm mounting hole and 21.5mm of installation depth, with an outer diameter of 60mm.
