bit One HD Virtuoso
The bit One HD Virtuoso is designed for the most demanding OEM integration builds and high-end car audio systems. New software and firmware development, alongside upgrades to key components in the audio signal path, enable it to reach new levels of listening performance.
The bit One HD Virtuoso supports the creation of an Audison Full DA HD (Full Digital Audio HD) system, transmitting audio digitally from a Hi-Res audio player to Audison amplifiers equipped with AC / AD Link inputs — preserving every nuance with maximum purity.
Virtuoso
Full DA HD
Pure digital signal transfer at resolutions up to 24 bit / 96 kHz.
Hi-Res audio
The bit One HD Virtuoso meets the Hi-Res audio definition provided by JAS (Japan Audio Society), satisfying the 24 bit / 96 kHz native processing requirement.
Analog Devices SHARC DSP
Powered by an Analog Devices SHARC series chip with floating point precision for the highest achievable audio quality.
FIR filters
A dedicated firmware release enables processing of up to 9 digital channels with crossover FIR filters. This mode is more demanding in terms of calculation resources and delivers a leading-edge in-car listening experience.
RVA (Remote Volume Aux)
RVA allows selection of an auxiliary source — such as a Hi-Res audio player or auxiliary wireless interface connected via digital inputs — with volume controlled through the OEM head unit. Full support is maintained for priority signals including parking sensors, GPS messages, phone calls and voice commands.
USS technology
USS technology allows bit processors to work with head units that feature a speaker load detection circuit.
bit Drive
Supports auto tuning via Audison bit Tune and communication with the bit Drive portal.
De-EQ
Flattens any equalisation applied by default by OEM sources.
De-Time
Compensates for input delay on time-delayed factory outputs prior to signal summing.
De-Phase
Compensates overall system phase to recreate the original signal, including in cases where OEM sound enhancement algorithms are present.
Polarity check
Checks the polarity of high-level inputs and automatically corrects any inversion detected.

About the Audison bit One HD Virtuoso
From our tech experts at CEN
A 13-channel Audison processor, with the equalisation, crossovers and time alignment needed to make a car behave like a listening room rather than a box of hard surfaces.
Who it suits
Anyone serious about sound quality, and anyone whose factory head unit cannot be replaced — the processor takes whatever signal the car provides, corrects it and hands clean audio to the amplifiers.
Our tech experts advise
The hardware does nothing until it is tuned. Measurements in the vehicle, delays for the driving position and crossovers for your actual drivers are the work, and that is what we do at our Beeston workshop rather than loading a preset. Installation and tuning are priced per vehicle, so get in touch with your make, model and year and we will confirm what it needs. See car audio installation.
