New VIOFO Line-Up at CEN: A149 Pro, T330, T340 and the BP60 Battery Pack

In this guide

VIOFO's biggest launch in years has landed at CEN: the A149 Pro Duo brings 4K and Sony STARVIS 2 to a classic front-and-rear setup, the screen-free T330 and T340 series scale from two channels to four, and the new BP60 battery pack keeps parking mode running without touching your car battery. All in stock now.

Here's what each one is for.

A149 Pro Duo — 4K clarity, straightforward setup

The A149 Pro Duo (£249.95) pairs a 4K front camera with a 1080p rear on a 360° adjustable mount, both fed by Sony STARVIS 2 sensing for the night performance that actually decides whether a number plate is readable. Unlike the T-series, it has an integrated screen, so you can check framing and play back footage in the car without reaching for your phone — though Wi-Fi 6 makes transfers quick when you do.

It also supports VIOFO's newer parking modes, including low power impact detection and hybrid parking recording, alongside GPS and voice control. For most drivers wanting front-and-rear cover without fuss, this is the one.

T330 Series — the camera you'll forget is there

The T330 takes the opposite approach to a screen: it doesn't have one. The compact front body tucks behind the rear-view mirror and disappears — no display to distract you, nothing obvious to attract attention in a car park.

The T330 2CH (£359.95) records 4K at 60fps up front with 2K at the rear on dual Sony STARVIS 2 sensors. That doubled frame rate is what keeps plates and signs sharp at speed rather than smeared, though switching HDR on moves the front channel to 4K 30fps. The T330 3CH (£419.95) adds a 210° fisheye cabin camera, wide enough to take in the whole interior and both side windows.

Both get Wi-Fi 6, power-saving parking mode, instant emergency lock, an anti-tamper design and a magnetic front mount with CPL filter.

T340 Series — every angle at once

The T340 is the same discreet platform with more eyes and a built-in infrared cabin camera. The 3CH (£459.95) runs 4K front, a 210° infrared cabin view and 2K rear — the combination taxi, private hire and fleet drivers ask us for, because infrared means night fares are recorded properly rather than as shadows.

The 4CH (£519.95) adds a fourth channel: a 2K telephoto camera with 4x optical zoom, reading distant plates that the wide-angle front camera can only suggest. Front, cabin, rear and long-range, recorded simultaneously.

    Beyond the four we stock

Both series run deeper than our standard range. VIOFO also builds them with waterproof exterior rear cameras for vans, pickups and motorhomes, with dual waterproof rears for trucks and trailers, and with telephoto in place of the cabin channel. If one of those suits your vehicle better than the configurations above, ask — we can order the exact combination.

BP60 — parking mode without the battery worry

Hardwired parking mode always involves the same compromise: protection limited by how much of your car battery you dare use. The BP60 (£199.95) removes it. A compact 5000mAh (64Wh) LiFePO4 pack charges as you drive and then runs the camera entirely on its own — roughly 20 hours for a single-channel camera, 16 for two channels and 12 for three.

Two details make it easy to live with: hardwired, it recharges fully in around 45 minutes, so it's topped up on a short commute rather than needing a long run; and Bluetooth reports the battery's level and status straight to your phone. LiFePO4 chemistry handles UK summers and winters without complaint.

If you're weighing this against a hardwire kit, our hardwire guide covers the decision, and our parking mode guide explains the recording modes it powers.

    Which one, then?

Most drivers should look at the A149 Pro Duo first — 4K, a screen, and the simplest install. Choose the T330 if a discreet, screen-free camera matters more than a display. Step up to the T340 if you carry passengers, drive for a living, or want the telephoto channel. And add the BP60 to any of them if your car sleeps on the street. Not sure? Tell us the car and how you use it — that's the part we're here for.

    Frequently asked questions

Which new VIOFO should I buy?
A149 Pro Duo for 4K value with a screen you can play footage back on, T330 for a discreet screen-free install, T340 when you need cabin or telephoto coverage too. Tell us your car and use case and we'll match it.

What's the difference between the T330 and T340?
Both share the same low-profile screen-free platform. The T330 tops out at three channels with a 210° fisheye cabin option; the T340 has a built-in infrared cabin camera and goes to four channels with telephoto.

Can you get the waterproof and telephoto versions?
Yes. VIOFO builds both series in waterproof-rear, dual-rear and telephoto configurations beyond the four we stock as standard — ask us and we'll order the exact combination you need.

Do these cameras need a hardwire kit?
Only for parking mode. We stock the matching HK6-A kit for the A149 Pro and HK6-F for the T330 and T340, or the BP60 battery pack if you'd rather not draw from the car battery at all.

    Are these genuine UK stock?
Yes — CEN is an authorised UK VIOFO reseller. Every camera is UK stock with full manufacturer warranty support, and we fit them from our Nottingham premises.
