It works alongside the Black Air BA1TW-V4 tweeter and BA6MW-V4 6.5 inch mid-woofer in a three-way Black Air setup.

BA3M-V4 Black Air 3 Inch Midrange Speaker
The Black Air range is built around ESQL — delivering high-quality sound at high volume. The BA3M-V4 uses a composite paper cone for a lightweight, rigid construction that produces accurate mid-bass and vocal reproduction. A large Y35 motor provides strong magnetic force for precise cone control and playback accuracy. The cast aluminium torsion chassis supports all moving parts and features Vibe's signature CNC detailing.

Sound quality – High-density foam surround and composite paper cone deliver accurate, detailed sound.
Vehicle integration – Compact 3 inch size allows fitment in a wide variety of locations throughout most vehicles.
Frequency bridging – The small form factor lets the BA3M-V4 sit higher in the vehicle, placing directional higher frequencies closer to the listener and bridging the gap between mid-woofers and tweeters so each driver operates in its optimal frequency range.

A: Most car speakers are standard sizes, but mounting depth and fitting rings vary by vehicle. Check the size in the Specification tab against your vehicle, or contact CEN with your registration and we will confirm fitment and any adapters or fitting kits you need.
Q: Do I need an amplifier to run these speakers?
A: Not always. Most speakers will run from a standard head unit, but a dedicated amplifier lets them perform at their best, particularly for component sets and higher power handling models. The RMS figure in the Specification tab is the guide to how much clean power they can use.
Q: What is the difference between coaxial and component speakers?
A: Coaxial speakers combine the tweeter and woofer in one unit for a simple like-for-like upgrade. Component sets separate the tweeter and woofer with a crossover for better imaging and detail, and suit installs where sound quality is the priority.
Q: Do these come as a pair?
