About the Slide Lite
The Slide Lite delivers the functionality of Peak Design's flagship Slide strap in a slimmer, lighter package suited to mirrorless and light DSLR cameras, while remaining fully capable of carrying larger bodies. It can be worn as a sling, neck or shoulder strap.
The seatbelt-style nylon webbing has a smooth side that glides over clothing in sling mode and a grippy side that prevents slipping on the shoulder. Dual quick-adjusters allow instant length changes and easy reconfiguration between carry modes.
The Anchor Link system attaches at two points to keep the camera stable. Each Anchor is rated to over 200 lb (90 kg), strong enough for the heaviest pro bodies. From 2018, the Slide Lite features improved silicone grip, upgraded webbing, lower-profile strap-to-hardware transitions, and updated Anchor connectors that are smaller, faster and more secure.
