Slide Lite brings the functionality of the full-size Slide into a slimmer package, suited to mirrorless and light DSLR cameras but fully capable of carrying larger bodies. It can be worn as a sling, neck or shoulder strap. If you shoot with a heavier pro rig, the Peak Design Leash offers an alternative lightweight option in the adjustable strap range.
The seatbelt-style nylon webbing has a smooth side that glides over clothing in sling mode and a grippy side that prevents slipping in shoulder mode. Dual quick-adjusters allow instant length changes and easy reconfiguration between carry styles. The Anchor Link system attaches quickly, and dual connection points keep the camera stable during use.
Each Anchor holds over 200 lb (90 kg), making the system strong enough for even the heaviest pro rigs. From 2018, Slide Lite features improved silicone grip, upgraded webbing, lower-profile strap-to-hardware transitions, and updated Anchor connectors that are smaller, faster to use, and more secure.
