The NOCO Boost Max GB500+ is a commercial-grade 6250A lithium jump starter for 12V and 24V lead-acid battery systems, rated for petrol and diesel engines up to 45 litres. Built for trucks, coaches, plant and agricultural equipment, it features a 266 Wh internal battery, dual USB charging and a 2,200-lumen LED torch. It is part of the NOCO Boost range.

The GB500+ is NOCO's most powerful lithium jump starter. With 6250A of starting power, it handles petrol and diesel engines up to 45 litres. It covers almost every type of vehicle and equipment, including semi-trucks (up to class 8), motorhomes, coaches, buses, mining, agricultural, construction and vocational equipment (6, 8, 12 and 16 cylinder). For smaller vehicles, the NOCO Boost range includes options such as the NOCO Boost GB40 1000A for 12V applications.

The GB500+ uses UltraSafe 2.0 technology — NOCO's spark-proof, mistake-free design with reverse polarity protection. Compared with the previous generation, it adds enhanced thermal efficiency and power management for better performance and longer battery life.

Start vehicle within 60 seconds. Auto power conservation.

Press the power button and start the vehicle within 60 seconds. After the 60-second timeout, power the unit off and back on to initiate a new jump-start sequence. The yellow power LED indicates the sequence has ended and is ready to reset.

Charge devices. USB charge and recharge.

Two built-in 2.1A USB ports let you power multiple devices simultaneously — smartphones, tablets, action cameras, wireless headphones and more. The 266 Wh lithium battery provides hours of operation and multiple device recharges before the unit itself needs charging.

Rapid recharge

Recharge via the vehicle's 12V auxiliary port or the included 56W XGC power adapter. Using the XGC4 4A Power Adapter, the 266 Wh lithium-ion battery recharges in 8.5 hours.

Ultra-bright, high-lumen torch

The GB500+ includes a 2,200-lumen LED torch with multiple brightness modes, SOS and emergency strobe — a practical tool for roadside and emergency use as well as jump starting.
