The NOCO Boost GB40 is a 1000A UltraSafe lithium jump starter for 12V vehicles with petrol engines up to 6.0 litres and diesel engines up to 3.0 litres. It gives up to 20 jump starts per charge and doubles as a USB power bank and 100-lumen LED torch. It is part of NOCO's Boost range of portable jump starters.

The GB40 is a portable lithium-ion jump starter that delivers 1,000A to start a dead battery in seconds. It suits cars, boats, motorhomes, trucks and more with petrol engines up to 6.0 litres and diesel engines up to 3.0 litres. It uses high-discharge lithium technology for safe operation in any climate, has a rugged IP65-rated water-resistant enclosure, and a rubberised over-moulded casing to protect surfaces. It weighs just 1.11 kg.

The GB40's mistake-proof design features spark-proof technology and reverse polarity protection, so you can connect to any 12V vehicle safely without worrying about incorrect connections or sparks.
Charge devices: USB charge and recharge
Recharge smartphones, tablets, e-watches and other devices on the go — the GB40 provides up to 4 smartphone recharges. It recharges from any powered USB port in around 3 hours at 2.1A.
Ultra-bright: 100 lumens
The built-in LED torch delivers 100 lumens across seven light modes, including SOS and Emergency Strobe. Multiple brightness settings make it useful for illuminating an engine bay, changing a tyre at night, or signalling for roadside assistance.
