FLOW 80 follows Harman Kardon's minimal design language: the speaker profile is a simple circle. A fabric-wrapped grille protects the cone from debris under the seat, while the front magnet creates the illusion of pushing the cloth grille inward. The metal grille uses Harman Kardon's iconic 60-degree slash pattern — based on the "/" in Harman/Kardon — which also provides venting for peak performance.

Inverted acoustic structure

FLOW 80 uses an inverted, space-saving acoustic structure to achieve maximum excursion in shallow-mount applications while reproducing powerful, accurate low frequencies.

Neodymium magnet motor

Neodymium magnets deliver up to 20 times the magnetic field per unit volume compared to a ferrite magnet, maximising performance while reducing bulk and weight.
