About the CEN UP-CAM-MC3
From our tech experts at CEN
A brake light reversing camera for the Mercedes, replacing the factory brake light housing so the camera sits where the vehicle already has a fitting, supplied by CEN.
Who it suits
Van owners, particularly Transit and Transporter drivers, where there is no tailgate glass to mount a camera on and drilling the bodywork is not wanted. It looks factory because it uses a factory aperture.
Our tech experts advise
The camera is the simple part; running the cable the length of the vehicle and triggering it from the reverse light is the work, and on a van it wants doing properly so it stays weatherproof. Check it will display on your screen before ordering — get in touch. See car stereo installation.
