This VIOFO A149 Pro Duo bundle combines the two-channel dash cam, recording 4K at the front with a Sony STARVIS 2 IMX678 8MP sensor and 1080P at the rear, with HDR on both cameras, Wi-Fi 6, GPS and voice control, with an HK6-A hardwire kit, an 8-piece fuse kit and a 128GB microSD card.
The HK6-A hardwire kit and fuse set let you power the camera from the fuse box for its five parking modes, and show your battery voltage on recorded footage. The dash cam is also sold on its own or in a bundle without the memory card, and the VIOFO 128GB microSD card is available separately.

Q: What SD card do I need for this dash cam?
A: Use a high-endurance microSD card designed for continuous recording. Standard cards wear out quickly in dash cams. CEN stocks suitable high-endurance cards, and the maximum supported capacity is listed in the Specification tab.
Q: Does this dash cam record while the car is parked?
A: Parking mode is listed in the Specification tab. Where supported, it requires constant power from either a hardwire kit or a dedicated dash cam battery pack, both of which CEN stocks.
Q: Do I need to hardwire the dash cam?
A: Not necessarily. All dash cams work from the 12V socket for drive recording. Hardwiring hides the cabling and enables parking mode, and CEN offers professional hardwire installation from our Nottingham premises.
Q: Will the footage be accepted by my insurer or the police?
A: Dash cam footage is widely used in insurance claims and can be submitted to most UK police forces through their online portals. Recording quality matters, so check the resolution in the Specification tab.
Q: Front only or front and rear - which should I choose?
A: A front camera covers the most common claim scenarios. A two-channel system adds rear coverage for rear-end collisions and tailgating evidence, which is where many disputed claims arise. Three-channel systems add an interior view, suited to taxi and fleet use.
Q: What is included in the A149 Pro Duo 128GB bundle?
A: You get the A149 Pro Duo front and rear cameras with GPS mount, front CPL filter, 6m rear camera cable, 3.5m car charger, USB-C data cable, trim tool and stickers, plus an HK6-A hardwire kit, an 8-piece fuse kit and a 128GB microSD card.
Q: Is 128GB enough for front and rear recording?
A: Yes for everyday use. Loop recording overwrites the oldest footage automatically, so the card never fills up, and locked event clips are kept until you delete them. Choose a larger card, up to 512GB, if you want more footage held before it loops.
Q: Why the HK6-A rather than the HK4?
A: The HK6-A is VIOFO's hardwire kit for the A149 Pro range. It enables all five parking modes with automatic ACC switching and broadcasts your car battery voltage over Bluetooth, which the camera shows on recorded footage.
