The RetroSound RetroPod RPOD6A is a pair of surface-mount kick panel speaker pods for 6.5 inch speakers, with a 2.16 inch (55mm) mounting depth. Made from ABS plastic, they can be painted or wrapped to match a classic car interior without cutting the original panels.
Speakers are sold separately. The pods are designed for the RetroSound R-652N premium 6.5 inch speakers.

RetroSound RPOD6A
RetroPods are a practical solution for adding speakers to a classic car without cutting or modifying the original interior. They mount to any flat surface and can be painted or wrapped to match the vehicle's interior for a near-invisible install. The angular design directs sound towards the driver and passenger for stereo imaging. A rotary cutting tool (such as a Dremel®) is required to cut speaker holes in RetroPods. Price is per pair.

Compatible speakers
The RPOD6A pods are designed to work with the RetroSound R-652N neodymium magnet speakers (sold separately). These feature Santoprene® surrounds for smooth, natural sound and silk tweeters for clear highs. Wiring is included with the speakers. RetroSound also offer the RS-UB1KT 5x7 inch speaker for other fitments.
