The Peak Design Capture Clip V3 with Standard Plate in Black (CP-BK-3) is a CNC-machined aluminium camera clip supplied with an Arca-compatible Standard Plate, from Peak Design's Capture system. It clamps to a backpack strap, belt or bag and holds your camera rigidly with a lockable quick-release button.
This listing is the Black version. The Capture Clip V3 with Standard Plate is also available in Eclipse.

Capture Clip V3 with Standard Plate
Capture keeps your camera rigidly stable whilst hiking, cycling or working on the move, and instantly accessible with the click of a button — unlike a conventional strap or bag. The system comprises two components: a metal clip that clamps to any backpack strap, belt or bag, and an Arca-compatible Standard Plate that screws into the base of your camera. Your camera locks into the clip and is held securely until you press the lockable quick-release button. The clip is rated to well over 90kg (200lb), making it strong enough for the heaviest professional camera and lens combinations. Always engage the lock — without it, unintended release is possible in certain situations.
If you only need the clip body without a plate, the Capture Clip V3 Black Only is also available.

V3 updates over previous versions: smaller, lighter, all-metal build, ultra-smooth machined and anodised finish, and an ergonomic design.
