The Morel IR ME 42 is a Reference-level 4 inch (100mm) 2-way component speaker set designed as a direct-fit upgrade for modern Mercedes models. It features hybrid EVC woofers and 28mm Acuflex silk dome tweeters, and fits without modification using DirectFit brackets and factory wire connections.

Direct Fit Mercedes Premium 4" (100mm) 2-way component speaker set: MOR IR ME 42
Part of Morel's Reference level, the IR ME 42 is a component system built for Mercedes. The DirectFit design uses a unique 4-inch chassis with supplied mounting brackets, snap-in 1.1" (28mm) tweeters, and factory wire connections — fitting modern Mercedes models with no modification required.
The IR-ME-42 is based on Morel's Hybrid speaker series. Each 4-inch (100mm) woofer uses a 2.1" (54mm) voice coil and a hybrid EVC™ motor for high power handling and tight cone control. The tweeter uses Morel's 28mm Acuflex™ silk dome with a dual neodymium magnet motor, delivering a high-performance plug-and-play result.
