SQ is for sound quality
JBL's patented Plus One™ carbon fiber woofer structure extends the surface area of the woofer to give you a better low-frequency experience than other speakers this size. A Y40 ferrite magnet steps up the power handling for big-time performance. The edge-driven silk dome tweeter expands the high-frequency range, so you'll hear smooth musical details that you never heard from your old speakers. Included external crossovers optimize the performance of each speaker and provide two selectable tweeter levels so you can tailor the sound to match your speaker placement.
