FlexMount is Helix's proprietary mounting system. The adaptor ring converts a universal 8" / 200 mm Helix Compose FlexMount200 woofer — such as the Ci5 S200FM-S2 or Ci5 S200FM-D2 — into a vehicle-specific speaker for a clean, acoustically optimised fit in the original mounting position.

The adaptors are produced in-house using FDM 3D printing. The material is engineered for automotive use, offering high strength and rigidity alongside resistance to UV radiation, weathering, oils and greases. The wide operating temperature range of -40°C to over +90°C ensures long-term dimensional stability.
