The Helix CFMK165 SCA.1 is a vehicle-specific FlexMount165 adaptor ring for fitting a 6.5 inch (165 mm) Helix Compose midbass speaker into the factory woofer position of Scania vehicles. Supplied as a pair with speaker gaskets and mounting material. Part of the Helix Compose FlexMount range.

Helix CFMK165 SCA.1
FlexMount is Helix's proprietary mounting system, using vehicle-specific adaptor rings to turn a universal 6.5 inch / 165 mm Helix Compose midbass with FlexMount165 technology into a car-specific speaker. Installation is straightforward, and the result is an acoustically optimised fit in the vehicle's original mounting position. The speakers themselves are sold separately.
The adaptors are manufactured in-house using an FDM 3D printing process. The material is engineered for automotive use, offering high strength and rigidity, and is resistant to weathering, UV radiation, oils and greases. The operating temperature range of -40 °C to over +90 °C ensures dimensional stability in demanding conditions.
