The GLADEN BETA 165X is a 2-way coaxial speaker that delivers precise, natural sound reproduction and is easy to integrate into a vehicle. Representing an evolution of standard speakers, it is positioned within the GLADEN range between the Alpha and Gamma models. The focus is on balanced tuning and controlled acoustic performance for everyday use.

The 165 mm mid-woofer features a classic paper cone characterised by its excellent damping properties. This enables clean, low-distortion reproduction in the midrange, and in combination with the driver and surround ensures a well-defined fundamental tone and bass response.

The 20 mm tweeter is coaxially positioned in the centre of the low-midrange driver to ensure uniform dispersion and a compact point-source sound. This results in homogeneous reproduction and stable spatial imaging, particularly in typical in-vehicle installation scenarios. Tuned internal filtering creates clean crossovers between frequency ranges for a cohesive, balanced sound.

With an impedance of 3 ohms and high efficiency, the BETA 165X is designed for use with factory radios and compact amplifiers. It offers a significant improvement in sound quality over OEM systems, combining easy installation with enhanced sound quality.
