The 165 W-XP succeeds Focal's 165W-RC passive 2-way kit, a long-standing benchmark in car audio. It brings together Focal's latest technologies — TMD suspension, progressive profile spider, ventilated motor, Beryllium tweeter and bi-amplifiable filter — in a design built purely around performance. The result is an uncompromising kit that opens the door to the Utopia universe.

Bi-amplification crossover
The 12/18 dB bi-amplifiable crossover allows separate power control of the woofer and tweeter for optimum performance. All crossover components have been optimised to better manage heat dissipation, making them more reliable in use.
Installation
