This Special Edition version of Dodo's best-selling Thermo Liner Pro features an enhanced glass fibre reinforced aluminium foil for increased performance.
Dodo Thermo Liner Pro is a professional 15mm sound and heat insulation material for a quieter, warmer van, camper or motorhome. It is a high-grade self-adhesive liner with a reinforced aluminium foil and extra soft closed cell foam, designed to curve, shape and contour to your vehicle. Ideal for use on van sides, floor, roof and more.
For a full sound deadening solution, pair with the Dodo Mat DEADN Hex Sound Deadening sheets to tackle vibration before applying the liner.
Efficient: A unique closed cell foam formulation gives superb thermal insulation and acoustic absorption in a low 15mm (5/8") profile.
Flexible: The super-flexible metallised film reflects radiant heat while providing a tough, resilient barrier for the foam beneath.
Sticky: Dodo's latest high-temperature adhesive means you simply cut, peel and stick — it stays bonded even under the extremes of van and motorhome life.
Premium: Developed in the UK in collaboration with leading van conversion companies, Thermo Liner Pro delivers the performance, flexibility and quality needed for a professional van build.
Once installed, the liner helps regulate cabin temperature — warmer in winter, cooler in summer — and reduces road noise for a less tiring drive.

About the Dodo Mat DOD-THERMOPRO15SE-ROLL
From our tech experts at CEN
Acoustic absorbing foam, for soaking up the reflections a hard-surfaced vehicle interior creates, 15mm from Dodo Mat.
Who it suits
Van and camper conversions, and anywhere road and wind noise is the problem rather than panel resonance. Foam and butyl do different jobs and work best together.
Our tech experts advise
Coverage matters more than thickness: treat the outer skin behind the speaker first, then the inner. It is messy, fiddly work inside a door, which is why we normally do it as part of an install rather than sell it as a weekend job. Installation is priced per vehicle, so get in touch with your make, model and year and we will confirm what it needs. See car audio installation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How much sound deadening do I need for my car?
A: As a guide, a pair of front doors takes around 1 to 1.5 square metres, and a full car between 4 and 6 square metres depending on coverage. The sheet coverage for this product is listed in the Specification tab.
Q: Is sound deadening difficult to fit myself?
A: It is one of the more DIY-friendly upgrades: panels are cut to shape, peeled and rolled firmly onto clean metal. A roller tool and panel removal tools make the job much easier, or CEN can carry out installation from our Nottingham premises.
Q: How many rolls of Thermo Liner Pro 15mm SE do I need for my van?
A: A single 5 square metre roll is ideal for the roof and sides of a typical car, small van or 4x4. Larger vans such as a VW Transporter will require 2 to 3 rolls.
Q: Do I need extra adhesive with the 15mm Thermo Liner Pro?
A: It is self-adhesive, but thicker foams of 12 to 15mm will often require an additional stronger spray adhesive if bending and shaping around tight curves, ridges and corners.
Q: Does Thermo Liner Pro help with condensation and heat?
A: Yes. It is a moisture resistant closed cell foam with a thermal conductivity of 0.033 W/mK that acts as a barrier against heat loss, helps reduce condensation and will not absorb water.
