About the Calearo 7677840
From our tech experts at CEN
The Calearo 7677840 is an active AM/FM, DAB/DAB+ and GPS roof mount whip antenna, designed and manufactured in Italy to OEM standards. The 41cm whip sits on a fixed 60-degree base with a total installed height of 45cm, and requires a 1.9cm roof mounting hole. Colour-coded Fakra connectors (white for AM/FM, black for DAB, blue for GPS) and an IP67 waterproof rating ensure a clean, weather-resistant fit.
Who it suits
This antenna suits drivers fitting an aftermarket head unit with DAB radio and GPS navigation who want a single clean roof installation. If GPS is not required, the Calearo 7677850 covers AM/FM and DAB on the same 41cm whip.
Our tech experts advise
The cable is short at 0.18–0.22m, so extension cables are needed in most vehicles. For AM/FM, use the MTA Calearo AM/FM extension 7581185; for DAB and GPS, the Calearo extension 7581012 fits both connectors. Installation is priced per vehicle — visit our car audio installation page to find out more.
