About the Audison APG 5
From our tech experts at CEN
The Audison Prima APG 5 is a pair of 5.25 inch (130 mm) protective grilles with a metal mesh face and plastic surround. They are designed for the Prima AP 5 midrange, the APX 5 coaxial and the woofer in the APK 130 component set, and suit other 130 mm woofers and coaxials.
Who it suits
Owners of 130 mm Prima speakers whose cones sit exposed in a door or rear shelf, and anyone replacing a lost or damaged grille. If your set is the APK 130, this is the size that fits its woofer. Smaller and larger drivers are covered by the APG 4 and APG 6.5.
Our tech experts advise
Grilles are matched to the driver size, so confirm you have a 130 mm speaker before ordering; 5.25 inch and 5 inch are often used for the same size. They come as a pair, enough for one set of speakers. See car audio installation.
