- "Triple Wave" surround profile for maximum excursion linearity.
- Compact basket with abrasion-resistant, scratchproof coating; motor secured with damping epoxy adhesive.
- High-current fast-on terminals with double contact on both positive and negative poles for flexible, quick connection.
The mechanical cut-off of the woofer cone and dust cap system allows use without a filter, maximising efficiency and making the AP 690 easy to drive with any amplifier type. The large voice coil delivers high power handling and precise control through aggressive dynamic transients. Double Faston connectors with a direct link to the tweeter speed up installation and ensure a reliable, permanent contact.
