The Osmo Pocket 4P is the first dual-camera model in the Osmo Pocket series. It pairs a 1-inch wide-angle camera with a 60mm equivalent medium telephoto camera in the same pocket-sized body, letting you switch instantly between two distinct perspectives without digital cropping or changing position. The medium telephoto camera also delivers 3x optical zoom for tighter framing and more natural portraits.

The dual-camera system is backed by up to 17 stops of dynamic range from the wide-angle camera, D-Log 2 recording and ActiveTrack 8.0 — building on previous Osmo Pocket models while giving creators greater creative control without sacrificing portability.

Dual-camera imaging system

The wide-angle camera uses a 1-inch CMOS sensor with a 20mm equivalent f/2.0 lens and focuses from 0.09m. The medium telephoto camera uses a 1/1.28-inch CMOS sensor with a 60mm equivalent f/1.8 lens and focuses from 0.2m, giving tighter framing for portraits, details and more distant subjects. Switching between the two provides a genuine change in perspective — no lens swapping or repositioning required.

The wide-angle camera uses DJI's LOFIC imaging architecture to deliver up to 17 stops of dynamic range in D-Log 2, retaining detail in both highlights and shadows within the same frame.

Video formats and audio capture

Both cameras support 4K at up to 60fps. The wide-angle camera adds slow motion at up to 4K/240fps; the medium telephoto supports up to 4K/200fps. Standard recording modes cover 4K, 3K vertical and 1080p at up to 60fps for both horizontal and vertical formats. Additional modes include Low-Light Video, Hyperlapse, Timelapse, Motionlapse and Slow Shutter Video. HEVC recording reaches bitrates up to 180Mbps.

Onboard audio is captured by a three-microphone array at 48kHz, 16-bit. The camera also supports compatible wireless microphone accessories for more demanding audio requirements.
