Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Is this installation kit right for my vehicle?
A: Installation kits are vehicle-specific. Check the compatible makes, models and years in the product description, or contact CEN with your registration and we will confirm the exact kit you need.
Q: What is included in a stereo installation kit?
A: A typical kit includes the fascia panel to fill your dash aperture and the wiring harness to connect the new stereo without cutting factory wiring. Some vehicles also need an aerial adapter or steering wheel control interface, listed separately.
Q: Will I lose my steering wheel controls when fitting a new stereo?
A: Not if you use the right interface. Where your vehicle needs one, a steering wheel control adapter retains your existing buttons with the new stereo. We will advise if your vehicle requires it.
Q: Which Fiat Ducato does the CTKFT31 fit?
A: The Fiat Ducato 8 Series from 2021, open dash vehicles only, with a Mini ISO connection.
Q: Does the CTKFT31 include a DAB aerial adapter?
A: Yes. It includes both an FM antenna adaptor and a DAB antenna adapter.
Q: Does the CTKFT31 retain the date and time?
A: No. The kit does not retain the date and time.
