The Vibe Powerbox 400.1M is an ultra-compact Class D mono micro amplifier for subwoofers, delivering up to 400 W RMS at 1 ohm (800 W peak). It is for bass upgrades where installation space is tight.

Ultra compact micro bass amplifier
Small footprint, big impression. Vibe's latest amplifier technology delivers high performance in an incredibly small footprint. The mono and 4 channel Powerbox micro amps are small yet mighty, with up to 400w for bass and 4 x 65w for speakers. The small size enables easy installation.
The 4 channel model features a +12v remote output and daisy chain signal output, making it an ideal system building block. The 4 channel amp has the option to fit with an ISO T harness direct to the head unit, which supplies audio signal, power and earth, so there is no need to run a separate cable to the vehicle's battery: just plug and play.
For this bass amp, an ISOAWK kit (available separately) can be purchased with the amp to make it compatible with an ISO T harness, so it plugs into the existing stereo loom in the vehicle just like the 4 channel.

A: You will need an amplifier wiring kit sized to the amplifier's power draw, typically including power and earth cable, a fuse, RCA leads and a remote wire. CEN stocks complete wiring kits, and the amplifier's fuse rating is the guide to the cable gauge required.
Q: What class of amplifier is this and does it matter?
A: Class D amplifiers are compact and efficient, ideal for subwoofers and modern installs. Class AB designs are traditionally favoured for outright sound quality on mid and high frequencies. The class is listed in the Specification tab where provided.
