Bluetooth, DAB and smartphone connectivity combined
This 1-DIN receiver combines Bluetooth and DAB+ in a straightforward, easy-to-use package. Bluetooth lets you make hands-free calls and stream music wirelessly from your smartphone. Pioneer's Advanced Sound Retriever technology keeps audio quality close to the original recording. You can connect two Bluetooth phones at the same time.
The integrated DAB/DAB+ tuner delivers clear, interference-free digital radio. The Time Shift function lets you rewind, pause and resume live DAB broadcasts.
Connect your iPhone or Android device via Bluetooth to control Spotify or the Pioneer Smart Sync app safely while driving. Spotify works for both Free and Premium account holders. If you prefer a mechless alternative, the Pioneer MVH-330DAB offers similar connectivity without a CD drive.
The DEH-S720DAB reads FLAC files and features a 13-band graphic EQ, time alignment and an on-board MOSFET 50W x 4 amplifier. Three RCA pre-outs (front, rear and subwoofer) let you connect external amplifiers, speakers or a subwoofer for a more capable system.

About the Pioneer DEH-S720DAB
From our tech experts at CEN
A head unit with DAB radio, a disc mechanism, replacing the factory stereo.
Who it suits
Drivers who want reliable Bluetooth, USB and radio without a large screen — older vehicles, work vans and classics where a modern display would look wrong. The disc mechanism still matters to plenty of people, and fewer units offer it every year.
Our tech experts advise
The unit is the straightforward part. A vehicle-specific facia kit, a wiring harness and usually a steering wheel control interface decide whether the finished job looks factory or aftermarket, and those parts differ by model, year and trim. We confirm exactly what your vehicle needs before ordering — get in touch. See car stereo installation.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Will this stereo fit my car?
A: Most vehicles need a fascia panel, wiring harness and sometimes a steering wheel control interface to fit a new stereo. Contact CEN with your make, model and year and we will confirm the exact installation kit needed, or browse our Connects 2 installation kits.
Q: Will I keep my steering wheel controls?
A: Yes, in almost all cases. A steering wheel control interface retains your existing buttons with the new stereo. Parts are sold separately.
Q: Does this stereo support Apple CarPlay or Android Auto?
A: Check the Specification tab, which lists smartphone connectivity for each model including whether CarPlay and Android Auto are wired or wireless on that unit.
Q: What is the difference between single DIN and double DIN?
A: DIN refers to the chassis size. Single DIN units are the traditional slim format, while double DIN units are twice the height and typically carry a touchscreen. Your vehicle's dash aperture and fascia kit determine which fits.
Q: Can CEN supply and fit the stereo?
A: Yes. CEN offers professional supply and installation from our Nottingham premises, including fascia, wiring and steering control integration. Contact us for a fitted price.
Q: Does the DEH-S720DAB have Apple CarPlay or Android Auto?
A: No, CarPlay and Android Auto are not among its features. It connects to iPhone and Android phones by Bluetooth and USB, with Spotify and Pioneer Smart Sync app support.
Q: Is a DAB aerial included with the DEH-S720DAB?
A: No. Pioneer lists the CA-AN-DAB.001 DAB antenna as an optional accessory. The box contains the head unit, an ISO loom and release keys, and an external Bluetooth microphone is supplied as an accessory.
Q: Can I connect two phones to the DEH-S720DAB?
A: Yes. It supports two Bluetooth phones connected at the same time, with hands-free calling, automatic phone book transfer and wireless music streaming.
