VESPA (2.5 mm)
Comfort Mat VESPA 2.5 mm is a mastic vibration deadening mat suited to light or medium vibration loads. It offers increased adhesion to metal, with a mastic made from special polymers reinforced with aluminium foil.
A modified elastomer in the mastic composition gives the material a high mechanical loss factor, strong adhesion, environmental resistance, and a wide working temperature range.
VESPA is waterproof, provides sealing and anti-corrosion properties, and requires no heating during installation.
INTEGRA (6 mm)
Comfort Mat INTEGRA is a lightweight membrane noise isolator designed for car doors, applied as a second layer on top of vibration deadening mat.
It comprises three layers: a high-density acoustic mastic membrane, a sound absorbing material with special granules, and an adhesive sealant layer.
INTEGRA is fully waterproof with strong adhesion thanks to its sealant-type glue.
SOFT WAVE 15
Comfort Mat SOFT WAVE 15 is a sound absorbing material adapted from professional sound recording studio use for automotive applications. Low molecular weight polymer additives give it unique acoustic and performance characteristics.
Its mounting layer uses moisture-resistant glue. The wavy surface, combined with an open-cell microporous elastic structure and high density, allows SOFT WAVE 15 to deliver maximum noise absorption across a wide frequency range.
A shape-memory feature means the material remains suitably soft and can be fitted in even the tightest spaces.
