The Alpine Adventure Audio - Sound Experience
The new series of Alpine Adventure Audio sound solutions for the Fiat Ducato 3 Version 8 have arrived - with the listening and mobility styles of motorhome and camping van enthusiasts in mind. Specially engineered for the challenging, and often audio-unfriendly environments of these camping and utility vehicles, our systems are guaranteed to provide unmatched sonic excellence on those long drives to your destination. They are not only a joy to listen to, but also a breeze to install, and their distinctive design will spruce up any cockpit without spoiling the original cabin cosmetics. Make your road-trips as exhilarating as your activities upon arrival with an Alpine Adventure Audio system!
Bring powerful bass to your Fiat Ducato 8 and Fiat Ducato 9 with the SWC-D84DU woofer designed to fit under the vehicle’s dashboard.
The SWC-D84DU is designed to overcome the audio limitations of the Fiat Ducato 8’s cabin. The vehicle’s doors have no internal sound-proofing, resulting in strong vibration noise of the inner door pane. By adding this woofer to the center console, you can enjoy much deeper and cleaner bass and overcome the mentioned issues from the ground up.
The 20cm shallow-type, dual-voice coil (2 Ohm + 2 Ohm) woofer features 250 Watts peak power handling and can be connected to the 2 rear channels of your original or aftermarket radio or driven by an external amplifier (SWA-150KIT) for more power output.

FAQs
Q: Do I need an amplifier for this subwoofer?
A: Yes, unless it is an active (powered) subwoofer with a built-in amplifier. Passive subwoofers need an external amplifier matched to the RMS power and impedance shown in the Specification tab.
Q: What size enclosure does this subwoofer need?
A: The recommended enclosure volume is listed in the Specification tab where the manufacturer provides it. As a rule, sealed enclosures give tighter, more accurate bass while ported enclosures deliver more output. Contact CEN if you would like a recommendation for your build.
Q: What does RMS power mean?
A: RMS is the continuous power a subwoofer can handle, and it is the number that matters when matching an amplifier. Peak or max figures describe short bursts only. Match your amplifier output to the RMS rating in the Specification tab.
Q: Sealed or ported enclosure - which should I choose?
A: Sealed boxes are compact and produce tight, controlled bass suited to sound quality builds. Ported boxes are larger and produce more output at low frequencies, suited to those who want maximum impact. Either works well when built to the recommended volume.
Q: Can CEN build or supply an enclosure and fit everything?
A: Yes. CEN supplies enclosures and offers professional installation from our Nottingham premises, including amplifier wiring. Contact us to discuss your build.
