Dodo Mat DEADN Hex is a self adhesive, foil backed sound deadening vibration damper. Simply cut, peel & stick Dodo Mat DEADN Hex on the interior sheet metal of any vehicle to reduce unwanted vibrations & structural noise.
Dodo Mat DEADN Hex has a high grade butyl compound for better sound deadening & vibration control. To maintain flexibility and ease of cutting we also employ our unique Hex embossing pattern.
Dodo Mat DEADN provides a lower weight solution for the car/van owner wanting a quiet smoother drive without adding unnecessary mass. The unique Dodo specification chemistry of the synthetic butyl core effectively deadens panel vibration without the excessive bulk of competitor products.
The distinctive Hex top sheet is purposely designed to be aid installation and mould easily on more complex surfaces. This added flexibility allows the Dodo mat to be easily installed, with improved cosmetic appearance whilst minimising creases and folds.

I use my Van daily and was finding the noise within the cab area was starting to annoy me, especially on the motorway and long journeys…… I researched the various types of soundproofing and the costs involved…… as this was my work van not my personal vehicle, costs had to be kept to a minimum… the avenue I chose was the Dodo mat….. I chose the 20 pack to see how far I could go with the pack….. I managed to line the drivers and passenger door and had one mat left….. in all it took 6 hours to install in both doors…. But I’m not an insulation or soundproofing installer, I’m familiar with working on various vehicles so wasn’t too fazed …… after everything was done, installed tidied up and cleaned…… my trial would be a long motorway drive on the following Monday…….. Wow…… what a difference, I was amazed at just how much quieter the cab area was ……. Noise was significantly lower at motorway speeds…… I was able to have conversations within the cab area at much lower levels….. using the hands free was much clearer and I could hear more of the conversation and wasn’t having to request repeats of conversation …. I thought after the install that there may be some improvement but I didn’t realise just how much of an improvement the install would achieve….. The general noise within the cab area has been cut significantly and I would recommend the use of this product……
